Kryštof HonChief Executive Officer Kryštof Hon has headed the Zenit company since 2012; the main focus of his work has been the strategic management of the company as a whole entity. He deals with processes that have universal applicability for all the divisions and oversees the fulfilment of both the vision and the mission of the company. In addition to creating a comprehensive system for the care of customers (CRM) he is strongly committed to developing the utilisation of modern media for communication with clients, streamlining logistics, branch management, the career and motivational system for employees and specific business opportunities. He studied at the University of Economics in Prague, in the Faculty of International Relations and International Business while at the same time he also attended the CEMS International Management Master Programme. |

Jitka MazůrkováChief Financial Officer Financial director Jitka Mazůrková is responsible for the financial aspects of the activities of the Zenit company. In addition to funding and management of the liquidity of the company she also deals with the management of exchange rate risks and the status of claims. Based on her long-term involvement with Zenit she represents a symbol of our corporate culture and is the heart and soul of social events. |

Stanislav VýbornýSales Director Sales Director Stanislav Výborný pays special attention to the development of business activities and to project management; as a member of the top management he is involved in the formulation and the implementation of the company's vision. He graduated from the Faculty of Business Economics at the University of Economics in Prague. His hobbies include his family, travel and sport. |

Peter KarabaSales Director of the Slovak Branch of the Company Peter Karaba, the Sales Director of the Slovak Branch of the company focuses primarily on the development of business activities in Slovakia, maintaining the system for customer relationship management and on project contracts. He graduated from the Faculty of Management and Informatics and the Operation and Economics of Transport and Communications Faculty at the University of Žilina. In addition to his family, his hobbies also include rock climbing, hiking, skiing and spending time in nature. |

Jan HanušDirector of the Polycarbonates Division Jan Hanuš, the Director of the Polycarbonates Division is responsible for running the Polycarbonate Panels Division, communicating with business partners and also business development. His hobbies include snowboarding, hiking, biking and windsurfing. |

Marek PopDirector of the Plexiglass Division Marek Pop, the Director of the Plexiglass Division is responsible for managing the Division of Plexiglas and other Plastics for the Advertising and the Construction Industries. He is responsible for key customers, communication with foreign partners, creating the pricing policy and strategies in regard to specific products. He graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague. His hobbies include skiing, mountain biking, squash and windsurfing. |

Zdeněk ZemanDirector of the Machine Division The Director of the Machine Division and a long-term team member. He is responsible for running the CNC Machine Tools Division and controls its sales, servicing and application activities. His hobbies include specifically studying history, music, painting and fencing. |

Jiří PřevrátilDirector of the Special Division Jiří Převrátil, the Director of the Special Division, supervises the entire functioning of the Special Division - Aviation and Military Equipment. In order to effectively secure supplies of spare parts, the implementation of general repairs and the provision of additional services, on one hand he enters into direct contact with the foreign companies that are represented and on the other hand he works closely with a wide range of representatives of the Army of the CR at air bases, at the Ministry of Defence and with the General Staff. His hobbies include squash, mountain biking and Ferrari cars models. |

Vlasta LátalováOlomouc Branch Manager Vlasta Látalová, Olomouc Branch Manager, works as the director of the Olomouc Branch of the company and she personally stood behind the inception of this branch in 1998. She also currently supervises the Slovak Branch. She graduated from the Faculty of Agronomy at Mendel University in Brno, and during her time in Zenit she has been consistently educating herself in regard to management and business development. Her current hobbies include golf, mountain biking and skiing. |
